Open Letters

The letters below were sent to executives of Icon Water, alongside the Chief Minister and Minister for Environment and Heritage as the two voting shareholders of Icon Water.

In the beginning of 2022, Icon Water began imposing charges on people placing Secondary Residences in their backyard. They did this without warning and without a clearly defined set of rules and processes.

This issue is still ongoing, and the below letters provide a summary of our initial concerns and questions.
